Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

Our long‑established client is seeking an experienced commercial contracts lawyer to join their London office. The role requires full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to draft and review legal documents in both languages. This is a chance to work in a fast‑growing business handling a variety of cross‑border matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cross‑border corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A deals.
• Draft, negotiate and review commercial agreements such as MSAs, licensing, framework and distribution contracts.
• Prepare and oversee customer and supplier agreements.
• Handle intellectual property matters and provide regulatory guidance where required.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure compliance with relevant laws.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Background in an international or national law firm, complemented by some in‑house experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, capable of drafting legal documentation in both languages.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a commercial mindset.
