Legal Recruitment Consultant – French Market

About the role

This position is a commercial, relationship‑driven role within a market‑leading French private‑practice recruitment team. It is designed for French‑speaking legal professionals who want to transition into legal recruitment and work with top‑tier law firms across France, the UK, the US and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms and legal professionals.
• Map, research and analyse the French legal market to identify talent opportunities.
• Source, engage and qualify high‑calibre legal candidates.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes (full 360° role) and guide candidates through interviews and offers.
• Achieve performance targets and commission‑linked metrics.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (spoken and written).
• Current experience in any legal capacity (paralegal, legal assistant, legal operations, in‑house, compliance, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Resilient, tenacious and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commercially minded with a desire for targets and financial incentives.
