About the role

Key responsibilities

• Register applicants and qualify their property requirements.
• Conduct viewings across our premium local portfolio.
• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to secure the best deals.
• Build relationships with local landlords to generate new business.
• Manage pipelines efficiently from offer acceptance to move‑in.
• Provide regular updates to clients, maintaining our elite service reputation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the property market as a negotiator or in a fast‑paced, target‑driven sales role.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Highly motivated, professional attitude with a strong desire to hit financial targets.
