Lettings Negotiator – Residential Lettings, Maida Hill

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a busy independent estate agency in Maida Hill. You will be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, guiding them through viewings, offers and tenancy completion while delivering a high‑standard service.

Key responsibilities

• Register landlords, tenants and applicants in the system
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers and agree lettings terms
• Generate new business by booking valuations and securing instructions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and applicants
• Progress tenancies from offer through to move‑in
• Meet and exceed individual and office targets

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential sales and/or lettings (essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and articulate demeanor
• Self‑motivated, able to work under pressure and target‑focused
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
