About the role

We are seeking a reliable Linen Porter to join our busy hotel laundry team. In this role you will help maintain high housekeeping standards by ensuring a steady flow of clean linen to all guest areas and supporting the housekeeping department.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, sort and store used linen from guest rooms and public areas.
• Deliver clean linen to housekeeping staff promptly and accurately.
• Assist with guest linen requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lift, transport and carry heavy linen loads in line with health‑and‑safety guidelines.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the laundry department.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
• Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom, with proof of ID.
