About the role
We are partnering with a well‑established Local Authority to provide an interim Employment Lawyer on a three‑month rolling contract. The role is predominantly remote, offering a flexible working pattern while supporting the authority’s legal team with employment matters.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of employment law matters.
- Provide specialist advice on TUPE transactions.
- Deliver clear, focused legal advice to internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Demonstrable experience in employment law.
- Previous work within a Local Authority or wider public sector is desirable.
- Available to start on short notice.
