M&A Vice President – Technology, Media & Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Vice President of M&A to lead sell‑side transactions in the Technology, Media and Marketing sectors. The successful candidate will join a fast‑growing corporate finance advisory team in London and will work directly with senior partners and clients from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end sell‑side M&A processes, from pitch preparation to deal close.
• Prepare high‑impact marketing materials such as teasers, information memoranda, buyer packs and pitch decks.
• Engage directly with founders, C‑suite executives, investors and prospective buyers.
• Lead workstreams on valuation, financial analysis and buyer/target mapping.
• Drive origination and business development activities, including outreach, opportunity tracking and pipeline growth.
• Build and maintain senior relationships across founders, corporates and private‑equity firms.
• Monitor sector trends and contribute to an insight‑led advisory approach.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of M&A experience with strong sell‑side exposure.
• Familiarity with private‑equity and strategic transactions.
• Commercially sharp, articulate and curious.
• High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
• Proactive relationship builder comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
• Independent, organised and able to thrive in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.
• Genuine interest in the creative, media or digital marketing space.
