Machine Operator

About the role

The Machine Operator will join a dynamic production team, reporting directly to the Team Leader. You will be responsible for running bagging equipment and ensuring that finished products meet quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate bagging rooms, pre‑form tippers, baggers and de‑baggers.
• Carry out start‑up procedures and routine tool changes.
• Inspect finished products visually and via camera systems.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Complete safety books, line logs and adhere to company safety policies.

Required profile

• Experience in a fast‑paced factory or manufacturing setting.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly at all levels.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and reliable attitude.
• Willingness to undergo full training.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Capability to perform tool changes and planned maintenance on equipment.
