About the role
The Machine Operator will join a dynamic production team, reporting directly to the Team Leader. You will be responsible for running bagging equipment and ensuring that finished products meet quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate bagging rooms, pre‑form tippers, baggers and de‑baggers.
- Carry out start‑up procedures and routine tool changes.
- Inspect finished products visually and via camera systems.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the work area.
- Complete safety books, line logs and adhere to company safety policies.
Required profile
- Experience in a fast‑paced factory or manufacturing setting.
- Good understanding of health and safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly at all levels.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and reliable attitude.
- Willingness to undergo full training.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Capability to perform tool changes and planned maintenance on equipment.
