Maintenance Manager – Multi‑site Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across our UK estate, which includes restaurants, a support office and a central kitchen. This fast‑paced, hands‑on position works closely with operations teams, contractors and stakeholders to keep the estate safe, compliant and running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reactive and planned maintenance across multiple sites.
• Oversee statutory compliance and preventative‑maintenance (PPM) schedules.
• Lead maintenance projects, refurbishments and technical upgrades.
• Manage contractor performance, KPIs and service‑level agreements.
• Monitor budgets, produce reports and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Act as the primary support contact for operational maintenance issues.

Required profile

• Multi‑site hospitality maintenance experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, gas and catering equipment, building fabric and compliance.
• Experience using Computer‑Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems.
• Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Commercial awareness with solid budget‑management experience.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
