About the role

Avencera is an AI‑native, human‑led consultancy helping public‑sector and enterprise clients reimagine their markets in the AI era. The Market Leader will own the go‑to‑market strategy for Education, Central Government, Health and Enterprise, positioning Avencera as a recognised thought‑leader and driving growth across consulting and product opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a strategically aligned go‑to‑market (GTM) plan and maintain a differentiated market position.
• Act as Avencera’s principal spokesperson at high‑profile events and establish the firm as an AI‑native influencer in government and related sectors.
• Build, maintain and convert a substantial pipeline of consulting and product opportunities, personally leading high‑value pursuits.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with top‑tier clients, overseeing account management and ensuring delivery excellence.
• Translate top‑line propositions into compelling market offers, demonstrating clear ROI to clients.
• Lead and inspire the consulting senior management team, fostering a high‑performance culture and supporting talent development.

Required profile

• Proven record of driving growth and generating consulting revenue.
• Experience shaping and maintaining a differentiated market position in education, health or central government.
• Strong track record of winning high‑value deals and leading complex client engagements.
• High personal profile and ability to act as a market influencer independent of the organisation.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Resilience, ambition and enjoyment of an entrepreneurial, high‑performance environment.

What we offer

• Base salary £130‑160k per annum, plus up to 40% performance‑based bonus.
