Global University Systems (GUS) is seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to elevate its brand portfolio and drive commercial impact across its worldwide education network. This senior leadership role will reshape marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning and deliver measurable growth for a diverse audience of students and corporate partners.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current marketing performance and pinpoint the biggest opportunities for brand and commercial growth.
• Develop and implement bold, data‑driven strategies that increase brand awareness and revenue.
• Challenge existing processes, introduce innovative ideas and build a clear vision for the future of GUS brands.
• Translate strategic plans into actionable campaigns and ensure results are tracked and optimised.
• Lead the creation of distinctive brand identities, positioning statements and storytelling frameworks.
• Oversee brand experience across all touchpoints to drive demand and student enrolment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in marketing leadership, preferably within education or a related sector.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable commercial growth through brand strategy.
• Strong ability to challenge the status quo and drive transformational change.
