About the role

32Co is a fast‑growing health‑tech startup looking for a Marketing Executive who can turn complex clinical concepts into compelling stories. You will join a small, high‑performing team and own the creation and execution of content, brand, and growth initiatives across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and publish content such as blogs, case studies, social posts, and video scripts that align with business goals.
• Translate technical or clinical information into clear, engaging narratives and report on content performance.
• Support brand building and integrated campaigns to increase awareness and engagement.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging platforms, fostering community interaction.
• Apply SEO best practices, track key metrics, and make data‑driven recommendations to improve organic reach.
• Contribute to PR campaigns, webinars, events, email marketing, and other experimental projects.

Required profile

• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Strong content marketing and storytelling abilities.
• Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and basic PR tactics.
• Comfortable analysing data and making performance‑driven decisions.
• Passionate about healthcare innovation and helping people.
• Proactive self‑starter with a growth mindset.
