Marketing Manager – Luxury Automotive Events

About the role

Salon Privé, the UK’s premier automotive and luxury lifestyle event brand, is seeking a commercially‑driven Marketing Manager to lead brand awareness, audience growth and sponsor engagement across its portfolio. Based at the new Concours House headquarters in Bradford‑on‑Avon, you will report directly to the Sales Director and play a pivotal role in shaping high‑profile events such as Salon Privé London and Salon Privé Blenheim Palace.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute annual integrated marketing campaigns for flagship events and year‑round activations.
• Develop and optimise CRM, digital and social media strategies to boost ticket sales and audience engagement.
• Manage luxury, automotive and lifestyle media partnerships to maximise exposure and ROI.
• Collaborate with the Head of Design to produce high‑quality print and digital assets.
• Support sponsor and partner marketing activities, ensuring seamless brand integration.
• Maintain consistency across all brand communications, website content and customer journeys.
• Work closely with PR and Social Media leads to expand Salon Privé’s presence and influencer collaborations.
• Identify new growth opportunities within the luxury events sector.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience with strong digital and social expertise.
• Background in luxury, automotive, premium lifestyle or events sectors.
• Proven track record delivering integrated campaigns from concept to ROI analysis.
• Excellent copywriting, communication and organisational skills.
• Creative, commercially aware and detail‑oriented.
• Passion for luxury brands, automotive culture and live events.
• Based within one hour’s drive of Bradford‑on‑Avon.
