Marketing Manager – Record Label (Electronic Music)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a passion for electronic music, digital marketing and creative campaign strategy. You will manage the marketing and promotion of a roster of artists and releases, develop strategies, coordinate campaigns and identify new opportunities across digital and traditional channels while collaborating closely with A&R, Distribution, Promotion, Social Media and other internal teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute marketing and promotion strategies for artists and releases.
• Develop campaigns based on market research, trends and audience insights.
• Manage artist positioning, campaign timelines and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor digital and music industry trends and identify new opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar marketing/digital marketing role.
• Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar.
• Strong knowledge of the music industry and a genuine passion for electronic/dance music.
• Excellent digital marketing and campaign management skills.
• Creative, analytical and highly organised.
• Strong communication and project‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
