Medical Sales Representative – Respiratory Account Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Medical Sales Representative to join Inizio’s respiratory team in Kent. The role focuses on building strong partnerships with primary‑care professionals and promoting a market‑leading respiratory portfolio across the South East England region.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for GPs, practice‑based nurses, pharmacists and other primary‑care decision makers.
• Develop and execute account plans for GP practices, practice clusters and Primary Care Networks.
• Identify and co‑create projects, educational initiatives and service improvements with customers.
• Deliver a mix of face‑to‑face and digital engagements, tailoring solutions to individual customer needs.
• Analyse customer data and market insights to maximise sales opportunities.
• Achieve KPIs including sales performance, customer satisfaction, project delivery and Net Promoter Score.
• Ensure compliance with the ABPI Code of Practice and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales within the NHS primary‑care environment.
• Strong knowledge of the UK primary‑care landscape and respiratory therapeutics.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent relationship‑building and consultative selling abilities.
• Ability to develop business cases and customer proposals.
