Menswear Visual Merchandising & Styling Specialist – Europe (1‑yr FTC)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Menswear Visual Merchandising & Styling Specialist to lead the visual storytelling of its menswear range across Europe. Reporting to the Visual Styling Manager, you will work closely with Brand Experience, Merchandising, Planning and Global teams to translate seasonal strategies into compelling in‑store and wholesale experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the visual merchandising and styling strategy for menswear across European markets.
• Develop seasonal styling concepts for windows, mannequins and in‑store presentations that inspire consumers.
• Partner with Brand Experience, Merchandising and Planning to create visual guidelines aligned with global and regional priorities.
• Lead flagship location styling and consumer journey initiatives to drive category growth.
• Support seasonal activations, wholesale projects and training programmes to ensure executional excellence.
• Travel across Europe (≈30%) to oversee implementation and provide on‑site guidance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, styling or related fashion retail roles.
• Strong understanding of product storytelling, consumer experience and commercial objectives.
• Proven ability to turn creative concepts into commercially effective retail experiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
