Mid-Weight Graphic Designer – Packaging & Product

About the role

PerfectTed is the UK’s fastest‑growing energy drink brand and Europe’s leading matcha company. They are seeking a Mid‑Weight Graphic Designer specialised in packaging and product design to create production‑ready artwork for new product launches and retail‑ready packaging across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support packaging design across pouches, cans, pods and new formats.
• Deliver production‑ready artwork, working confidently with dielines, cutter guides and print specifications.
• Design with real‑world constraints such as shelf life, durability and manufacturing feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers to refine, iterate and approve packaging outputs.
• Maintain PerfectTed’s visual identity across packaging, campaigns, digital and retail assets.
• Work cross‑functionally with marketing, operations and founders, keeping projects moving quickly.
• Operate in a fast‑moving environment, meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of design experience with strong packaging exposure.
• Strong understanding of print and production processes.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing detail.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to communicate clearly with suppliers and internal teams.
