Midweight Designer

About the role

System1 is looking for a Midweight Designer to join its Marketing department. Working closely with the Design Director, you will help shape brand marketing, thought‑leadership content and event experiences for the world’s largest advertisers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver best‑in‑class creative work that showcases the System1 brand.
• Develop on‑brand ideas that simplify complex design challenges.
• Support global events, social media campaigns and printed materials with compelling visual solutions.
• Use new technology and social platforms to enhance communications.
• Produce high‑quality design solutions on time and maintain a positive, learning‑focused attitude.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Midweight Designer in a fast‑paced in‑house or agency environment.
• Broad design background covering social, digital, print and events.
• Degree in Graphic Design and a strong portfolio demonstrating static and animated graphics.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to share knowledge with the team.

Required skills

• Full competence with the latest Adobe Suite.
• Design for print, digital and social media.
