About the role

The Motor Claims Intervention Handler will join a fast‑growing motor insurance business in Birmingham. You will work in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment, helping to manage third‑party interventions and influence claim outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to third parties to secure successful interventions and meet commercial targets.
• Assess third‑party needs to control costs and minimise overall claims spend.
• Manage follow‑ups and support the end‑to‑end claims process.
• Identify potential fraud, exaggeration, and indemnity risks.
• Review processes, highlight leakage, and suggest improvements.
• Handle technical queries, escalations, and liability referrals.
• Share best practice and support overall team performance.

• Salary £24,500 – £28,000 per year plus bonus up to 10%.
