Multi Trade Operative – London (North of the Thames)

About the role

We are seeking a Multi Trade Operative to deliver first‑class maintenance and repair services to our residential properties located north of the River Thames in London. You will work across a variety of specialist and secondary trades, ensuring properties are kept in excellent condition and ready for tenancy.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and reactive maintenance, including void works and property MOTs.
• Carry out repairs and installations across multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting.
• Complete tasks efficiently, meeting required deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work carried out and report any issues.

Required profile

• Reliable, experienced trade operative with a proven track record in the listed trades.
• Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use).
• Eligibility to work in the UK and residence in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
• Clear Basic Criminal Record Check.

What we offer

• Permanent contract, 40 hours per week.
• Salary £34,359 – £42,759 per year.
