About the role
The Multi‑Site Community Manager will oversee several Greystar properties across London, taking full responsibility for day‑to‑day operations, team performance and resident experience. You will lead a diverse team, ensure safe and welcoming communities, and drive financial and operational targets through an efficient, low‑touch model.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a role model, embodying Greystar’s core values at all times.
- Lead the on‑site team to deliver memorable resident experiences and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with appointed estate agents to ensure smooth handovers and move‑in processes for new residents.
- Proactively engage with residents, gather feedback and organise community events that enhance satisfaction.
- Set and achieve revenue targets by making rate recommendations based on market data.
- Prepare and forecast annual budgets, analyse financial statements and operational reports.
- Manage financial performance, conduct regular P&L reviews with stakeholders and report variances.
- Maintain investor satisfaction through timely communication of performance and swift resolution of concerns.
- Ensure resident satisfaction by responding promptly to questions, requests and complaints.
- Identify training needs, ensure team members understand systems and policies, and develop capability for future succession.
Required profile

- Strong leadership and people‑management skills, with a focus on team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with residents, agents and investors.
- Proactive, service‑oriented mindset with a commitment to enhancing community experience.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, financial reporting and performance monitoring.
