About the role
Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a National Account Manager – LWC to join its dynamic sales team across the Midlands. This field‑based position offers the chance to work with iconic beverage brands while developing strategic account relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own customer‑specific sales strategies that drive revenue, growth and market share.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create tactical plans and meet commercial targets.
- Lead outlet‑level execution, negotiate solutions and manage point‑of‑purchase activations.
- Implement price changes, communicate updates and handle objections confidently.
- Partner with Logistics to forecast volumes and support broader business planning.
- Expand accounts through a proactive contact strategy that uncovers new opportunities.
- Conduct high‑impact customer meetings and coach the team to maintain standards.
- Monitor performance, adjust quickly and promote collaborative working.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar FMCG account management role (preferred).
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build compelling propositions.
- Confidence in managing P&L, forecasting volume and profit, and analysing performance.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and relationship‑building capabilities.
- Effective influencer who can both challenge and be constructively challenged.
- Highly organised with superior planning and time‑management skills.
- Experience managing trade investment budgets.
