New Business & Seller Growth Manager – Fashion (Pre-loved & Resale)

About the role

As a New Business & Seller Growth Manager for TikTok Shop’s fashion category, you will lead the expansion of the deadstock, resale and live‑commerce ecosystem in the UK and EU. You will work closely with sellers, creators and internal teams to create a seamless shopping experience that drives commerce on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and onboard high‑potential merchants, including deadstock distributors, marketplace sellers and emerging live‑commerce partners.
• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding process, setting up sellers, activating their accounts and defining early‑stage growth plans.
• Manage a portfolio of sellers to increase GMV through live‑commerce adoption, assortment optimisation and performance analysis.
• Develop deep market expertise in deadstock and resale, contributing to category strategy and spotting high‑value opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, operations, policy and governance teams to resolve merchant pain points and enhance platform tools.
• Use data to prioritise actions, measure impact and drive continuous improvement across the seller lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management within e‑commerce or marketplace environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting growth targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset capable of turning insights into actionable plans.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Experience analysing performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, AOV and GMV.
• Familiarity with marketplace ecosystems and live‑commerce models.
