Night Reception Host & Service Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Night Reception Host & Service Assistant to be the first point of contact for our guests during the evening and overnight shifts. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, serve drinks and snacks, and ensure smooth operations throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, handle check‑in and check‑out, and answer enquiries.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, drinks and light snacks.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet and table settings for the next morning.
• Manage end‑of‑day closing procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Provide local recommendations and share insider tips with guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and security of the property during night shifts.

Required profile

• Some experience in the hotel or hospitality industry (preferred but not mandatory).
• Comfortable working night shifts and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Reliable, empathetic and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Fluent English with a friendly, humorous attitude.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of cocktail and beverage preparation.
• Understanding of “mise‑en‑place” and service standards.
