Key responsibilities
- Use a friendly approach with parents, carers, children, and colleagues.
- Provide a safe, stimulating, and educational environment for children to learn, play, explore and develop.
- Maintain a clean and organised homely environment for all children.
- Implement interesting and inspiring activities that promote learning through play.
- Build relationships with key children and record their interests and achievements through observations.
- Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and parent information events.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Outstanding customer service mindset.
- Good time‑management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Commitment to working within early years childcare.
