About the role
Latus Group is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Physician to join its growing occupational health and wellbeing service. This peripatetic position covers sites across Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire, combining travel to client locations with home‑based work.
Key responsibilities
- Manage case files and conduct appointed doctor medicals.
- Perform HAVS Tier 4 assessments where required.
- Assess workers’ fitness for specific tasks and recommend adjustments.
- Run health surveillance programmes for employees exposed to workplace hazards.
- Provide advice to employees and employers on work‑related health matters.
- Collaborate with employers to promote best practices in physical and mental health.
Required profile
- Valid GMC registration.
- At least a diploma in Occupational Health.
- Experience in occupational health roles within both public and private sectors.
- Proven ability to handle complex case management and give health‑related work advice.
- Strong clinical diagnostic capability.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑confident, well‑organised and able to work independently.
