About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Assistant to join the Operations team in our Oxford office. This onsite position plays a key part in ensuring smooth administration, client onboarding, facilities coordination, and a welcoming front‑of‑house experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to managers and directors across the business.
- Assist with monthly finance processes and maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
- Coordinate scanning, archiving, and document storage procedures.
- Manage travel, courier arrangements and book meeting rooms for staff and clients.
- Support onboarding of new clients, including preparation of letters and compliance checks.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, supplier visits and health & safety matters.
- Organise internal and external events, manage deliveries, facilities logs and supplier coordination.
- Deliver a professional front‑of‑house experience, answer incoming calls and assist visitors.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an administrative, business or office support role.
- Strong organisational, customer‑focused and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a friendly, approachable style.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience working within a corporate setting.
Required skills
- Knowledge of CCH Central Software or similar systems.
