Omnichannel Search Director – AI & SEO Leadership

About the role

Greenpark is looking for an Omnichannel Search Director to lead the evolution of SEO and AI‑driven visibility for its global clients. Reporting to the Head of Omnichannel Search, you will shape strategy, guide a team of managers and specialists, and ensure brands appear in both traditional search results and generative AI answers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of managers, strategists and specialists across technical SEO, content and AI visibility.
• Define and execute omnichannel search strategy for key accounts, aligning organic, paid and social efforts.
• Build and own AI visibility frameworks, measurement models and reporting across platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity and Claude.
• Establish scalable processes for audits, activation, optimisation and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with social, paid, editorial and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Required profile

• ≈7 years of organic search experience, including 2‑3 years managing people and other managers.
• Proven expertise in enterprise, multi‑market SEO (technical and content) and site migrations.
• Hands‑on experience measuring and improving AI visibility and generative search performance.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
