Onboard Host & Brand Storyteller – Luxury Cruise Ships

About the role

We are looking for charismatic individuals to become the face of the guest experience on luxury cruise ships. As an Onboard Host and Brand Storyteller you will bring destinations, brands and onboard activities to life through live presentations, hosted events and personalised guest interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver captivating live presentations and shows to large audiences in theatres and lounges.
• Host destination showcases, shopping events, enrichment talks and branded experiences throughout each voyage.
• Use scripted and spontaneous storytelling to highlight ports of call, local culture and onboard opportunities.
• Engage guests after each presentation, answer questions, build rapport and guide purchasing decisions.
• Maintain a visible, authoritative presence across guest‑facing areas, offering one‑on‑one consultations on destinations, excursions, shopping and onboard services.
• Support revenue goals by providing authentic, guest‑led recommendations without pressure.
• Collaborate with retail, excursions and revenue teams to ensure a cohesive guest journey.
• Oversee event scheduling and promotion to maximise attendance and impact.
