One Year Management Placement – Stoke on Trent

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a one‑year Management Placement in Stoke on Trent. The role gives you a paid, hands‑on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations within a retail branch. You will work alongside the Graduate Management Training Programme and receive mentorship and formal training.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Support sales and marketing activities, connect with local business partners and grow networks.
• Assist with financial control, cost management and interpretation of profit and loss statements.
• Participate in operations and logistics, including fleet management and performance planning.
• Lead and develop team members through mentoring, training and potential promotion of others.
