Online Product Data Specialist

About the role

As a member of the Digital & E‑commerce team, you will own the Product Information Management (PIM) solution (InRiver) and the online search platform, ensuring high‑quality, consistent product data across all customer‑facing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and evolve the product data model in the PIM as the product portfolio expands.
• Coordinate new product introductions, working with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee complete and accurate data coverage.
• Maintain existing product data, enforcing standards and ensuring cross‑regional and multilingual consistency.
• Oversee secure and efficient transfer of product data extracts to internal and external users.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for the PIM platform, identifying process and technical enhancements.
• Understand the impact of PIM changes on downstream e‑commerce systems and the overall online customer experience.
• Ensure proper visibility and management of digital assets within the PIM and related systems.
• Promote the value of the PIM to stakeholders and champion its capabilities across the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with large‑scale product data, preferably in a PIM environment or with extensive database exposure.
• Ability to define and implement actionable data‑quality measures for product information.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills, capable of liaising across regions and functions.
