Operations Talent Partner (High-Volume)

About the role

Dwelly is seeking an Operations Talent Partner to lead high‑volume hiring across its rapidly expanding property‑tech business. The role focuses on recruiting front‑line operational and team‑leadership talent for both newly acquired agencies and centralised operations teams. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, building scalable pipelines to ensure the company’s growth is fully staffed.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume operational roles across the business.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for repeat‑hire positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to forecast hiring needs and define role requirements.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and external talent partners.
• Conduct structured screening interviews and coordinate interview processes.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience with clear communication and rapid feedback.
• Manage offer processes, including compensation discussions and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and recruitment reporting (time‑to‑hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, retention).
• Identify hiring trends and operational gaps, providing recommendations to leadership.
• Support recruitment during acquisition and integration phases.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Proven track record in high‑volume hiring (50+ hires per year).
• Experience recruiting for customer‑facing, operational, sales or property‑related roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
