About the role

Our award‑winning client is seeking a Paid Media Director to lead demand‑generation initiatives for enterprise‑level and high‑growth SaaS customers. This permanent, remote position will shape strategy, oversee execution, and ensure paid media and SEO programmes drive measurable pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Translate demand‑generation strategy into clear channel priorities, testing roadmaps and execution frameworks.
• Align budget allocation, targeting, messaging, and experimentation with commercial objectives.
• Identify gaps between strategy and execution, refining approaches as needed.
• Act as senior lead for client stakeholders, turning performance insights into strategic recommendations.
• Manage and develop a high‑performing team of paid‑media and search specialists.

Required profile

• Extensive B2B demand‑generation experience within an agency or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of how marketing performance contributes to pipeline and revenue.
• Proven track record with enterprise or high‑growth SaaS clients.
• Ability to forecast performance outcomes using conversion data and funnel benchmarks.
• Experience managing and developing specialist teams.
