Paraplanner – High Net Worth – London – Hybrid – up to £65k + Bonus

About the role

Our client, a leading UK investment management and financial planning firm, is seeking an experienced High Net Worth (HNW) Paraplanner for its London office. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to support sophisticated client cases alongside senior Financial Planners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive, compliant suitability reports for complex financial planning scenarios.
• Conduct technical research to underpin recommendations across pensions, investments, trusts and tax planning.
• Analyse existing client arrangements and identify opportunities for wealth preservation.
• Support Financial Planners from recommendation through to implementation, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with legislative, regulatory and technical developments.

Required profile

• Previous paraplanning experience within financial planning or wealth management.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, taxation and trusts.
• Excellent report‑writing and analytical abilities.
• Experience supporting HNW/UHNW clients (advantageous).
• CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential).
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
