Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator – London (Hybrid)

About the role
We are partnering with a well‑established organisation to hire a proactive, detail‑oriented Human Resources Coordinator on a part‑time, four‑day‑a‑week basis. Working in a hybrid model (two days in the office and two days from home), you will support the day‑to‑day HR function and act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact for all HR‑related enquiries.
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Coordinate onboarding, inductions and probation reviews.
- Maintain and update HR systems and records (starters, leavers, absence, training, etc.).
- Assist with payroll data collation and changes.
- Administer employee benefits.
- Manage leaver processes, including exit interviews.
- Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to HR projects and audit preparation.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of HR administration experience.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Effective communicator with a proactive, team‑oriented approach.
- Experience using HR systems (desirable).
- CIPD qualification or current study (desirable).
