About the role
We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join a well‑established, family‑owned business on a flexible part‑time basis. The role involves overseeing a high‑quality residential portfolio in North West London while enjoying a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and refurbishment works.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Handle insurance matters, rent invoicing and arrears.
- Maintain accurate property records using property management software.
Required profile
- Previous residential property management experience is essential.
- Strong communication, organisational and IT abilities.
- Professional, customer‑focused attitude with the capacity to handle a busy workload.
Required skills
- MS Packages (e.g., Excel, Word).
- PropMan or similar property management software.
What we offer
- £50,000 pro‑rata salary for 20–25 hours per week.
