Part-time Stock Operator (8 hrs)

About the role

As a Store Stock Operator at Levi Strauss & Co., you will act as the vital link between the stockroom and the shop floor, ensuring that merchandise is always available, well presented and accurately tracked. Working closely with the Store Manager and Stock Manager, you will help deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Review store sales data and KPIs with the Store Manager to spot replenishment opportunities.
• Execute daily replenishment tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Train store associates on Stock Management Guidelines and standards.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, assorted and tagged on the floor and in the stockroom.
• Organise and maintain the stockroom to keep inventory tidy and accessible.
• Provide on‑floor support to the sales team as needed.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Relevant experience in stock operations or retail inventory.
• Strategic thinker who can work flexibly and drive change.
• Ability to adapt quickly to store operational demands.
• Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
