About the role
Octopus Electric Vehicles is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to own and scale its partner marketing function. You will sit at the intersection of Marketing and Partnerships, driving partner engagement, acquisition and referral growth across the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute outbound B2B campaigns to win new partners, using channels such as email and LinkedIn.
- Develop messaging, content and assets that support the Partnerships team in closing deals.
- Create and run partner enablement programmes, including email nurture journeys, webinars, training and co‑marketing events.
- Manage the partner marketing budget, prioritising spend based on impact and performance.
- Launch end‑to‑end campaigns, track performance, analyse data and continuously optimise for ROI.
- Identify and lead co‑marketing opportunities with key partners.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a partner or channel marketing role.
- Track record of owning budgets and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Commercially minded with a focus on pipeline, referrals or revenue.
- Data‑driven decision maker comfortable using performance insights.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to work autonomously.
- Strong collaborator with partnership or sales teams.
