About the role
We are seeking a friendly and organised part‑time Office Administrator to support the day‑to‑day running of our busy Widnes office. The role offers flexible hours (Monday‑Friday, 9:30 am‑2:30 pm) ideal for those balancing school or family commitments.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails professionally.
- Provide administrative support to Directors and operational teams.
- Maintain office systems, records and supplies.
- Perform data entry and keep internal systems up‑to‑date.
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets and correspondence.
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings and appointments.
- Assist with client communication and general office queries.
- Support basic accounts administration, purchase orders and invoice processing.
Required profile
- Previous office administration experience preferred.
- Confident, professional communication with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Reliable, proactive and a team‑player.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
