Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end projects using structured or hybrid delivery approaches. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and coordinate complex project activities, defining clear milestones and quality criteria.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies with disciplined escalation, documentation and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide concise, regular reporting to stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive continuous improvement and professional development in project, programme or change management.

Required profile

• Recognised project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, APM PFQ, PMI CAPM) or evidence of working towards one.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects with structured or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the organisation.
