About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a friendly, customer‑focused Sales Assistant to join the Bullring store in Birmingham on an 8‑hour part‑time contract. You will help shoppers discover the perfect Levi’s fit while representing an iconic global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with customers and deliver personalized 1:1 service.
• Provide product knowledge and styling advice to inspire confidence.
• Operate tills, manage fitting rooms and handle stock replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Energy, adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
