P&C Actuarial Consultant – London (Hybrid)

About the role

Join Aon's Strategy and Technology Group as a Consultant in the London‑based P&C actuarial consulting team. This hybrid role offers early client exposure, responsibility across a broad range of insurance topics, and the chance to develop your actuarial career alongside a collaborative team of around 50 professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of ~50 actuaries and broader consulting groups across Aon’s Strategy and Technology Group.
• Perform actuarial analysis on client portfolios covering reserving, pricing, capital modelling, IFRS 17, Solvency II and other strategic advisory topics.
• Translate analytical results into client‑ready slide decks, reports and visual exhibits and present findings in client meetings.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and helping develop their actuarial and consulting skills.
• Participate in internal training, research projects and contribute to insight pieces while preparing for professional actuarial exams.

Required profile

• Qualified or progressing actuarial professional with interest in property & casualty insurance.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to engage with clients early in the project lifecycle and take responsibility for deliverables.

Required skills

• Experience with actuarial software tools such as ReMetrica and Tyche.
