PE Cover Supervisor – Sports Coach (Full‑Time)

About the role
We are partnering with a welcoming secondary school in North Birmingham to find an enthusiastic PE Cover Supervisor / Sports Coach. The role is full‑time and offers the chance to deliver engaging physical education lessons while supporting general classroom cover.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver pre‑planned PE lessons for Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Provide general classroom cover and supervise students as required.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Encourage student participation, confidence and teamwork.
- Uphold the school’s high expectations for behaviour and learning.
Required profile
- Sports coaches with experience working with young people.
- Recent sports graduates seeking classroom experience before teacher training.
- Experienced PE Cover Supervisors.
- Confident communicators with strong behaviour‑management skills.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and adaptable individuals.
Required skills
What we offer
- Daily rate between £100 and £130.
