About the role

Join Ultimate Performance’s London team as a full‑time Personal Trainer. You will work with clients using the data‑driven UP Method, delivering measurable fitness and lifestyle transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one and small‑group training sessions following the UP Method.
• Assess client fitness levels, set goals, and create personalised training programmes.
• Monitor progress, adjust programmes, and provide ongoing motivation.
• Collaborate with nutrition specialists to ensure holistic client support.
• Maintain a professional, clean, and safe training environment.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience as a personal trainer.
• Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent).
• Legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
• Passion for helping clients achieve measurable results.
• Strong work ethic and growth mindset.
