About the role

We are looking for a passionate Personal Trainer to join our Manchester team at Ultimate Performance. You will deliver the UP Method – a data‑driven, science‑based training programme – helping clients achieve measurable transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Coach a diverse client base using the UP Method, ensuring each session is tailored and results‑focused.
• Conduct fitness assessments, develop personalised training plans and monitor progress.
• Provide nutrition guidance aligned with the UP approach.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, safety and client satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training, mentoring and development programmes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience as a personal trainer.
• Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent).
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom (no visa sponsorship).
• Strong passion for transforming lives and a growth‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Ability to apply evidence‑based training techniques.
• Competence in conducting fitness assessments and designing bespoke programmes.
