About the role
The Premium Sales Executive will actively seek new business opportunities across the region, promoting Sunderland AFC's premium products, sponsorship packages and concert hospitality. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring they are informed of offers, availability and upsell possibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales leads while managing a pipeline of prospects.
- Conduct daily client appointments and meetings to develop relationships and close sales.
- Present and sell the club’s premium products, sponsorships and concert hospitality.
- Manage the full sales process, including taking payments and recording bookings in the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments and support the Premium Sales Manager on business development initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and insights.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, business development, account management or hospitality.
- Strong ability to generate new business and nurture client relationships.
- Excellent communication, organisational and negotiation skills.
- Target‑driven, proactive and customer‑focused mindset.
- Understanding of GDPR and a clean, current driving licence.
- Flexibility to work matches and events, and a Basic DBS clearance.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM systems.
