About the role
Reed Education is seeking qualified Primary Foundation Supply Teachers to cover high‑demand classrooms across Hampshire, including Eastleigh and surrounding towns. The role offers flexible, day‑to‑day assignments with immediate start dates, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the Foundation Stage curriculum to Reception, KS1 and KS2 pupils.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
- Follow school‑specific lesson plans and assessment guidelines.
- Provide accurate daily records of attendance and pupil progress.
- Collaborate with permanent staff to ensure continuity of learning.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher with experience in the Foundation Stage.
- Reliable, punctual and able to adapt quickly to new school settings.
- Passionate about early years education and student development.
