Primary Supply Teacher – Flexible Work in Cirencester

About the role

We are looking for qualified primary teachers who want flexible, day‑to‑day supply work across schools in Cirencester. The position can be full‑time or part‑time and offers the chance to gain experience in a variety of classroom settings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons across multiple year groups and subjects.
• Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and timetables.
• Maintain a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with each school’s policies.
• Provide feedback on pupil progress when required.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Open to Early Career Teachers and experienced teachers.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Adaptability and confidence working in different schools.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
• A positive, professional and flexible approach.
