Procurement Manager

About the role

Luminate Education Group is seeking a Procurement Manager for its Park Lane campus. This hybrid position offers the chance to influence procurement strategy across a dynamic education organisation, driving efficiency, innovation and value for money.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage procurement activities across the Group, ensuring compliance and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Oversee contracts, tenders and supplier relationships to improve quality and efficiency.
• Provide expert advice to internal teams, supporting informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting and audit trails in line with legislation and policies.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that deliver cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on joint procurement initiatives and Group‑wide projects.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement within a public sector or regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK procurement regulations (PA2023, PCR, utilities frameworks, public‑sector best practice).
• Proven ability to lead tenders, analyse spend, manage suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborative, solution‑focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
