Production Intern

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised Production Intern to support day‑to‑day operations across podcast recording, talent coordination and social‑media delivery. This full‑time, paid internship offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving, creative production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with studio setup, equipment handling and turnaround between recording sessions.
• Support shoot‑day logistics, including refreshments and general setup.
• Provide administrative assistance to the production team.
• Help manage diaries, coordinate team schedules and liaise with talent and contributors.
• Book travel and accommodation when required.
• Support the Creative and Content Lead with social‑media account management and post scheduling.
• Maintain consistency across social content output and publishing calendars.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
